Please check your baked goods immediately upon arrival or collection to ensure everything is fresh and correct.

If there is an issue with your order, notify our customer service team within 24 hours via email with your order number and photo evidence.

Our bakery managers will review your request to determine if the product was below our artisanal standards or damaged during transit.

Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide a voucher for a replacement treat at your local bakery.
