How do I ensure my bread stays fresh?

We recommend storing our sourdough in a cool, dry place wrapped in its original paper bag or a linen cloth. Avoid refrigerating bread as it draws out moisture; for longer storage, our loaves freeze beautifully when sliced.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, same-day delivery is available for local orders placed through our delivery partners before 2:00 PM. For nationwide hampers and pantry goods, we offer next-day delivery on orders placed Monday through Thursday.

Are there gluten-free options available?

While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, we work in an environment that handles flour daily. We offer products made without gluten, but they are not certified for those with severe allergies or Celiac disease.

Can I modify or cancel my pre-order?

You can modify or cancel your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. After this window, we are unable to make changes as our bakers have already begun the slow-fermentation process for your items.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your order or if an item is damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution.

How do I place a large order for an event?

For corporate events or large gatherings, please visit our 'Catering' section. We require at least 72 hours' notice for large-scale orders to ensure we have the capacity to bake everything fresh for your event.
